For the price, the room and hotel were great. They should try providing slightly more inexpensive amenities/ nicer touches, which I believe would go a long way. Cleaning service unfortunately did not visit when they were supposed to. Great choice for a short weekend stay. If staying longer, I’d stretch your budget for something a little nicer.

Decent hotel in a very convent location for many downtown SF attractions. The hotel is on a quiet street but close to the Tenderloin and Polk street actions. Customer Service was nice and average, rooms were clean and simple, and the hotel seemed to be well maintained. I liked being able to open the windows for fresh air. Parking can be difficult but there are garages nearby.

Room was very clean and perfect for what we needed! It was a little stuffy in our room, but still very nice. Location was good, provided great access to lots of the city. Would recommend for your stay. Just be weary of walking alone in the neighborhood at night. Specifically, if you take public transport from the airport, I wouldn't walk alone with your luggage to the hotel at night. Regardless, still would recommend staying here!

Wonderful stay ! The hotel was clean, honest, and incredible service! The hotel did a fantastic job of setting proper expectations regarding their offerings right from the start, so we knew exactly what to expect. Everything was clean, but what truly made our stay memorable was the staff. They are absolutely fantastic! A special shout-out to Robbie, who treated us like family from the moment we arrived.
