Great location, beautiful rooms, lovely staff!
My partner and I were gifted a stay at Hotel Zelos and it was the best hotel stay I’ve had in a long time. The reception staff was amazing to us, especially Ben who was friendly, helpful and a great conversationalist. Our room was absolutely beautiful and had everything we could have asked for. The hotel is close to so many things, and we were able to explore without having to drive or order an Uber. Our only confusion was about the hotel’s choice of artwork… we had a giant, creepy piece of art depicting a disintegrating robot woman directly above our bed (in our otherwise chic and soothing room), and as we walked throughout the hotel we saw that this was not the only slightly-unnerving piece in the hotel. We love art and subversive stuff so we were trying to figure out why all of it was chosen to be there in a place that was otherwise a sexy getaway space. The valet service was fast, efficient and friendly. We didn’t check out the bar/restaurant because when we scanned the QR code for the menu it only showed breakfast and the drink menu. It took some digging online to actually find the menu which was a bit of a pain, so I hope they fix that (having some vegan options would be great too)! Overall, we had a great stay and will definitely back.
