It was horrible. Because I work nights, I requested to extend my stay from a checkout of 11am, to 3pm. It cost me $50, but that was okay. But they knocked on my door twice, at 9am, and again at 11:30am, waking me up. As a result, I got very little sleep. I asked to speak with management, but was told they wouldn’t arrive until 4pm. I called back after that time, and still was not allowed to speak with management. I can live with a $50 loss, but will never do business with these people again.
