Very disappointing, would not recommend at the price. The rooms were very dirty. Very noisy outside of the room with communal doors slamming shut as guest come and go throughout the night/early morning and housekeeping moving throughout the hall from 8. Room was advertised through Expedia as "Pool Access" and shows photos of access to the main lagoon pool, however Sheraton interpret Pool Access as any pool and the room only had access to a very small pool which was very shallow and also filthy and looked more like a fishpond. Recommend booking directly through the website

Unfortunately the property lacks magic, it is run down and tired, we visited back in 2019, again in 2020 and then now in 2022 and it doesn’t have the same feel. Staff aren’t attentive and feel like a chore to help, roofs were broken open and leaking, we used to love this place and it is very special to us. We hope they make some improvements to their service and grounds, especially since prices have increased dramatically you would think amenities and service would follow.
