Overall okay hotel but very pricey for what you get. Probably used to be luxury but now a bit outdated and service in restaurant was not good. Hotel is very big and as it is not very well organized it makes the hotel feel chaotic. Lot of space in the pool area but pool chairs old and not comfortable.

The Sheraton was incredible. Each morning you have a different acre of swimming pool to choose from, amongst incredible tropical gardens right beside the beach. The facilities are beautiful and the staff are lovely. The rooms are lovely and we had everything we needed. The restaurants and the food was also incredible and there is so many to choose from! Highly recommend and we would love to go back.

Breakfast buffet had an amazing selection, and the highlights for me were the assortment of fresh fruits and the egg station! Overall, amazing resort and definitely recommend if you are planning a trip to Port Douglas.
