Staff was great, breakfast was decent giving you a few options. Obviously there are work crews using the hotel as yogurts, fruit, etc. were gone when we arrived at 8 am. Hotel needs some work. Check in was smooth, I found it to feel unsafe that anyone can walk in through the back or side doors instead of having to scan your room key. however, the biggest inconvenient and frustrating that I was very upset about was that the water was shut off on the second day of my booking from mid morning until past 10pm! Without any appropriate notice of this happening. When I called the front desk I was told the water heater was being replaced. I just didn’t appreciate having to deal with this and having to pay pretty much full rate but going without water without appropriate notice at all. Feels like I wasted my money and even though I was feeling unsafe.
