This hotel is not very modern, not even having USB sockets for charging. The room quite basic, my bed was releasing strange sounds with my every move. Awful smell in the toilet did not disappear all night. Kettle was not working. It’s not the hotel quality it used to be 5-10 years ago.

Great location and easy parking our car. The room was very quiet. Nice lobby bar and restaurant with good food and normal pricing. The bed quality could be better but that is the only thing for improvement.

The hotel situated right opposite to the train station and travelers can easily reach the city centre where all the shops located. Room was clean and quiet at night, and the pillows are very comfortable which contribute greatly to a quality sleep.

Quite an expensive hotel which is located in a great location (close to train station) in Leiden. For a hotel that seems to charge a higher end price, there is no bottled water in the room and the coffee is chargeable in the mornings (odd for a Dutch hotel). Also, the mini fridge in the room had the previous customers opened tinned tray of sardines, which was an unpleasant find. In short, there are many better hotels in Leiden.
