CHANGES NEEDED
We arrived at the hotel and spent 40 minutes to check in, something unpresentable and unprofessional. There was only one employee at the ffront desk checking in and another 5 checking out. According to the person who registered us, he gave as an excuse that there was a convention. Obviously none of that matters to me because the hotel is not paid for by any convention, I pay for it. All the people who wanted to register complained at the front desk. In any case, an employee cannot waste 20 minutes or more with each person who must register. Every year I visit this hotel and every time I see it more deteriorated, they are going to have to work hard to get it up. A pity because it is the most important hotel in Punta del Este.
