Best stay in India!!
My husband and I switched over to Trident after having a terrible experience at another hotel. Best decision we made during our trip!! We were welcomed with the friendliest faces and were able to check into our room early. Highly recommend the rooms facing the lake - just beautiful! Our room was so clean and comfortable, amazing water pressure in the shower! All of the staff provided top notch customer service with our questions and needs during our stay (extra shout out to Shashank who helped us on numerous occasions). Would highly recommend this hotel!!!

This is a nice, airy resort. The rooms are adequate sized. There is a nice pool area. The restaurant offers variety of options. The staff are kind and helpful. My only complaint has to do with the laundry service. Our tshirts were individually wrapped with a piece of cardboard inside. In a country with so much trash, it’s not necessary to create more. Certainly not eco-friendly

Nice property, good food. Rooms and bathroom are but small. One thing I didn't like was that first night they denied extra bedding saying that we are at full capacity and unfortunately all extra beddings have been utilised. Upon insisting and saying that it's non negotiable, they managed a mattress after about 30 mins. This entire episode was a big turn off.
