The room itself was great but absolutely no personal service, everything done by app. My biggest issue the electric door ding dong the entire day and night. It was so frustrating and there was nothing they could do, no maintenance people. We didn't have a TV for the first 5 hours, and it took me 39-40 minutes to get into my room, the code they sent me didn't work, they sent a second code to get me in, then that code stopped working. They reset my code to the first code and I had no problems getting into my room.
