Pretty Disappointed, Given the Circumstances
It was disappointing that the front desk told us at check in that there would be no housekeeping for us during our stay. We had to put our towels and our trash outside of the room to be picked up, instead of it being taken care of by staff. I have never stayed at a hotel where this was the case, even at 2 stars.
Breakfast was as expected, and the only hot option was waffles. The dining room was far too small and packed to the brim with people.
The beds were not great, and resulted in one of our party sleeping on the floor for three nights.
The pool was a good touch - it was indoor and heated, and for this time of year, it was great.
Parking was pretty good, but they did not have accessible rooms available, despite it being in my reservation.
I had called a week in advance to request a cot, and there were none available when we arrived.
