Just to be clear, this is a regular flat within a residential compound divided into 5 seperate rooms sharing a kitchen. It's below ground level with limited sunlight. If you can get past that, it's quite convenient only a short walk from Materdei station and Via Toledo so can't complain much about negatives. Still a bit pricey for what it offers. The owner Luca is quite helpful and suggested excellent osterias in the area

Esperienza veramente ottima. Struttura ben organizzata e gestita, anche da remoto assistenza continua. A poche centinaia di metri parcheggio a pagamento molto affidabile e preciso. Stazione della metro a due passi. Stanza e bagno molto puliti e ben arredati. Cucina in condivisione ben fornita e con raccolta differenziata. A mio parere davvero TOP!

Abbiamo soggiornato qui 3 notti,stanza ok,letto confortevole e arredamento nuovo,inoltre è vicina alla stazione della metro(200mt)e senza rumori notturni! Il ragazzo che ci ha accolto è stato super gentile e pronto a darci indicazioni sulla stanza e su come spostarci nella città!infine il prezzo è ottimo..tra i più bassi che ho trovato.L'unica nota negativa della stanza economy è che non si può fumare in stanza,non essendo dotata di terrazza.dovessi tornare a napoli riprenoterei sicuramente li.

Остались очень довольны пребыванием, номер как на фото, очень чисто,все новенькое,полотенца аж 3 штуки на человека и для ног, фен мощный(лучше чем в обычном отеле).Есть общая кухня:кастрюли, кухонные принадлежности,оливковое масло,соль,моющее средство - все чтобы приготовить завтра и ужин есть в доступе.Рядом два магазина Conard и Supero,также пиццерия на вынос (5-6 евро вкл коробку.Метро Materdei также рядом,пешком минут 5, по пути куча мини магазинчиков вкл мясную и лавку морепродуктов, утром на площади у метро можно застать рынок овощей и фруктов.Очень гостепреимчивые хозяева,по отъезду нас угостили традиционным неопалетанским пироженым с рикоттой.Отдельное спасибо Луке

Week end perfetto!
Esperienza bellissima dal primo momento all’arrivo con una accoglienza super professionale educata e cordiale. Molto disponibile ad aiutare l’ospite in ogni situazione . appena entrato nell’appartamento sono rimasto senza parole nel vedere tutto in ordine , tutto magnificamente nuovo con una ristrutturazione impeccabile e soprattuto tutto di qualità dalla Tv ,aria condizionata, luci e accessori in generale. un’altra cosa sorprendente è stata vedere il livello di igiene e pulizia ad altissimi livelli . La struttura è situata in una zona molto tranquilla e residenziale in posizione strategica centrale con una fermata della metropolitana a pochi metri che ti porta subito nei luoghi storici turistici in pochi minuti (due fermate ) . Grazie alla metro si è collegati ovunque anche per andare in fiera è stato comodissimo. Tornerò molto presto. Grazie ancora per la magnifica ospitalità. Fabio
