Not a bad stay, food was decent, drinks especially cocktails like Bloody Mary/Margarita definitely required some additional training. Fill/Refill stations needed more attention and some more staff would have made things better. All in all was decent enough for me and the family.

Geon was one of the first to greet us in the lobby. He was very personable and relatable. Jahwi and Andrew with the entertainment team are amazing. They are full of energy and engage with guests well. A’ishah at the 24 hour bar was a dream to encounter and her drinks are delicious! Now, on to the property. There are renovations taking place so there are few eye sores around here and there. Additionally, the over all cleanliness of the facility is questionable. The room in which we stayed had dirty curtains, stains on the walls and ceilings. It also wasn’t clean thoroughly before our arrival. There was hair from the previous guest in the shower and debris on the floor underneath the sink. There was also a shortage on wash cloths in the facility. There are these small paper like substitutes that are provided. At best it can used once.

The staff was very friendly but not very helpful. They messed up our rooms when checking in and we had to wait almost 2 hours for them to get the surprise birthday package I ordered for my wife couple of days before getting there and they got it messed up. We also had to wait almost 48 hours for them to get us an Iron and iron board because our room didn’t have one. Buffet didn’t really have that many options it was almost the same menu every day

To start, everything required to do a line..from checking in, to reserving restaurants, to talk go somebody at the front desk. Rhen about the rooms, they were very dark. Pool water was cloudy and you had to wait a long time to get a drink by the bar. Very limited activities. Only few by the pool..food at the specialty dinners was not thay great, I prefered the buffet. And finally, the beach area was very small and most of it was rocky and not sandy.
