Fun place to stay!
I loved staying at Pineapple! The rooms has fun decor and comfy beds. Plus there was a Bistro downstairs with a game room! Definitely recommend!!

Excessive Fees
The hotel is conveniently located, clean and safe. My only complaint is $42/day parking and a nonsense $29/day "Amenities" fee which includes, coffee, water, wifi, gym and bike rentals. Not exactly a list of must-haves.

Nice hotel staff leaves much to be desired.
He staff at this hotel are definitely not friendly. Upon check in I questioned if I had been assigned a handicapped room, as this is what I booked. The young man acted very bothered and then changed us to another room. He never explained anything about amenities handed us 2 coasters and that was it. Another occasion I asked for towels. It was midnight and I was told “I don’t have access to towels and I am the only one here and I have too much going on right now to hunt you up some towels”. She was dealing with a leak but that is not any way to speak to a customer of a hotel. I actually thought I was booking at another Pineapple hotel, The Maxwell where I have previously stayed. The service at that hotel was very different and this would have never happened at that location.
