Great value in a super location.
The hotel is in an ideal location and the room was very spacious. The ceilings are very high and there was a large desktop for working. The shower was amazing. One of the best I have seen. Only tiny complaint is the room was a bit drafty, but it was unusually cold the week we were there. Overall and wonderful stay and great value.

Amazing experience!
My whole experience was amazing. Everything at the hotel was amazing. Our first night the bathroom shower was not working and they quickly changed our room. Service is 10/10, everyone was extremely kind and eager to help. The room was super clean, beds were comfortable and the AC works well. Bathroom was also very clean. The location of the hotel is great, walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Hotel restaurant is also excellent. I would definitely come back and would recommend it

We thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay at Hotel Arbaso. It is a modern and clean property, and we got our best sleep during our trip here! Everyone on the staff is very friendly, warm, and helpful. The location could not be more perfect. It's located on a quiet street and in walking distance to many sites including the Old Town, beach, and restaurants. The room was quite spacious also, and I surely enjoyed the Dyson hair dryer in the bathroom!

I can't say enough good things about this hotel! Clean, contemporary atmosphere without feeling sterile. Master suite had a very comfortable king bed/pillows, spacious bathroom w/2 sinks, automatic bidet toilet, roomy shower with multiple shower options. Excellent bar/restaurant in the lobby with great bartenders. Amazing staff, from the doormen to the concierge. Whatever we asked for, they made it happen - quickly and with a smile. Private tour of Rioja wine country? They had it booked in an hour with a guide who is an expert on Basque history and culture. Daytrip to the Guggenheim in Bilbao? Here's the best way to do it. Not an inexpensive hotel, but far less expensive than some of the marquis hotels in the city and worth every penny. Truly, this is what every upscale hotel experience should be like.

Such a beautiful property. Rooms are perfect. Beware of the dark shades and comfy beds. You just may get the best night sleep of our life. My entire family did not wake up till 1030 am (including our two year old). Had such a lovely stay.
