This is a VIP property where we receive an upgrade if available. At check in we were told they could not upgrade us as they were full. The day before leaving a different check in member of staff told us they had been very quiet all week. Housekeeping was very poor, carpet not cleaned all week and shampoo etc empty, amenities not always replaced. Tea, coffee and sugar not always topped up. The air con unit made a terrible banging noise all night and the bathroom flooded every time we had a shower. We reported it twice and there was no improvement. Whether anyone looked at it we do not know as we had no communication from the hotel.
