Front desk staff was very friendly during my stay. However, when I arrived and realized my hot water was not working I walked to the front desk that night and made the man working aware of the issue. He said the hotel was aware and was working on said issue, and said he hoped the water would be hot in the morning (no offers to move me to a room with running water, no compensation offered either). The water was not hot at all the next day, so I took a cold shower. The same issue happened until the last night of my stay, when they sent maintenance in and then offered to move me to a new room. So I had no hot water until the last evening of my stay. There was a period, on Sunday night, that the water did get a little warmer, but the next day it was back to a lukewarm temperature. More like bath water that has been sitting for a long period of time.
