"Overall a 2 star experience. DO NOT rely on the staff and DO NOT take anything they say seriously. I went back and forth with them a few times about water and toiletries. Expect to buy toiletries and water for yourself, do not rely on staff to get it in a reasonable timeframe. The establishment is much nicer compared to the people working there. Firstly, (not their fault entirely), I booked transportation to the hotel but had to get my own taxi. This is the real kicker, I wanted to trade the transportation for another free water jug, $28 transportation for a 5 gallon jug of water is a very good trade off. I thought I was simplifying things but instead was met with silence and false promises. I do not recommend ordering anything for the room, just go buy necessities from local stores to save you a headache. It can take 2-3 business days for you to receive what you asked for."

"We stayed here for 5 nights and cannot fault this hotel. The staff were very friendly and always helpful. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was fresh every morning with a good variety of dishes including a chef ready to cook your eggs, your way. Located in Chinatown, when walking outside there was obvious poverty but at no time did we feel unsafe. A short walk away was the Lucky Chinatown Mall, where we had many options for restaurants. Street food is also available."
