酒店就在東西巷，步行可達桂林主要景點，如象鼻山、疊彩山、正陽步行街。職員貼心有禮，重視每位客人的需要。酒店的設計別具特色，大堂也設有免費的水果、小吃、咖啡、羅漢果茶，十分舒適。 美中不足的地方是3人房沒有椅子，房間衛生也有待改善。已經跟酒店方面反映過，希望他們會重視。
