Clean, covid-19 precautions in place, close to all attractions, and staff were easily accessible for any needs. We had a wonderful time.
The overnight stay was excellent. The room was spotless. The staff were all very nice and attentive. I would definitely stay here again.
I was expecting more fruits for breakfast and more to choose from.
Everything was great and clean, the only thing that wasn’t a good experience was that the digital room key did not open the door and we had to ask for help.
We requested extra cleaning due to covid and our son having Cystic Fibrosis. The room was clean. The hotel itself had sanitizer and wipes around for your convenience. The room had the remote wrapped up to show you it was clean. We would definitely stay here again when we have another doctors appointment for our son.
The night front desk clerk was amazing. The morning girl was rude and the woman who watched over us at breakfast was rude also. My family does not appreciate being watched at breakfast. Also because of COVID they don’t clean your room every day so they won’t empty your trash so my trash can was a big black trash bag. Hilton should be embarrassed. There was also no dresser so we all had to keep our clothes in the suitcases for 5 days.
The hotel was very clean and sanitized. The only part that I did not feel safe was the continental breakfast. I thought it would be grab and go, instead it was open and people were not wearing gloves and tables that were supposed to closed for distance were being used.
clean and did everything with covid 19 to protect you during your stay
The whole place is brand new so everything is really nice. Very modern, very clean, very efficient. The only downside is that the room feels a bit cramped for a double queen. Also the breakfast was completely sub-par for a Hilton, but we are chalking that up to the current pandemic situation.
Family weekend trip to Hershey Park for Halloween. We reserved three rooms and asked for adjacent rooms and early check in. The hotel was very accommodating and made our stay stress free and enjoyable.
