The desk clerk could barely make eye contact when checking me in. I had reserved two rooms as my son & his family of four were joining me. I'd requested connecting rooms, but was told upon check-in that all connecting rooms had been taken. My room seemed clean but the pillows smelled old & musky. My son's room had an odor of urine. They turned on the a/c to clear the air but the urine smell got stronger. The bathrooms are so small one can barely change clothes, but it was the only privacy available. The hotel building is very old, dilapidated, and in need of serious attention. We made do for one-night but overall it was a very bad stay.

This is an older hotel, but we didn’t have any issues. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. We only stayed one night and didn’t have the breakfast, but the late night chocolate chip cookies were delicious!
