Loved our stay
Beautiful hotel, with great staff. We spent two night Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. It was beautiful decorated. On Christmas morning there were families taking turns exchanging gifts under the beautiful Christmas tree. We had a Mountain View room. I’ve asked for fluffier pillows on the second night and it was dreamy. The blackout in the window really works and we would not see any light until we would open the shades in the morning. Really enjoyed it.

We did a short stay in Colorado Springs and chose this hotel. Staff was friendly and nice. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We changed tons due to a loud air conditioner and staff was helpful. Serving room was fine. Sara is beautiful and easy to locate. Pool area was closed due to season but looked like it would be relaxing.

We had specifically reserved handicapped room with walk in shower. The automatic doors werent working and the there was a tub rather than a shower. They moved us to another room that also had the automatic doors that didnt work and again only a tub. The beds were lumpy and uncomfortable.

Great location
Great location was near the attractions I went to visit. It was a short drive to Garden of the Gods, 7 falls and Pikes Peak. Friendly staff and very clean. Felt safe and had a good view of Colorado Springs. I would not hesitate to stay there again.
