Nice hotel will maintain
The hotel is beautiful!! The amenities are very nice, the restaurants as well. Not for smokers since the hotel does not have designated areas so you have to smoke outside the hotel. The only thing that you have to keep in mind is that tourist are a target for robbery and police mistreatment. So remain inside the hotel.

Pretentious Hotel
The hotel claims to be environmentally friendly but uses plastic straws and prefers that you purchase water in a plastic bottle rather than having your reusable bottles filled. Staff claims the Dim lights in hallways is to protect the environment however there is a spray used in the hallway that reeks of cheap cologne. Pool bar is over priced. Check in involved a list of rules and regulations. No phones in room to when someone was pounding on our door in the middle of the night there was no way to contact security. The bathroom sink is out in the open in the hotel room and was so small that water overflowed onto the floor and our luggage. Breakfast service was slow and we had to wait for a long time to sign a bill each morning for no apparent reason since breakfast was included. Hotel is trying to be trendy by offering a pajama party and a ‘soft core’?? Party. No Colombian food served at hotel instead there is fusion Thai food and Greek food.

The Worst Hotel in Medellin
This is the most overrated hotel I have ever stayed at. The rooms are dark and depressing with no view whatsoever. Most rooms face the inner courtyard where people can look directly into the room. The hallways smell like rodent droppings and the walls are black and dirty. The rooftop pool is tiny, crowded, and the view is nothing special compared to others in Poblado. The policy where you can’t have a visitor in your room even if they leave their ID with reception is ridiculous considering the outrageous prices for the rooms. The hotel staff is rude and the service is terrible. It’s the most unfriendly hotel l have ever stayed at. This sad place does not have the warm feeling of Colombia at all. The vibe here is like a prison and is so pretentious that customer comfort is not at all the focus of the staff who look miserable. The velvet rope at the front door with a guard standing outside says it all. This keep them out image is what the hotel cares most about and enforcing the inconvenient policies at the expense of customer satisfaction. Guests cannot pay for meals on the room at the restaurant or rooftop bar. Medellin is a lively, fun city with a beautiful warm spirit and this dark dungeon does not reflect this amazing city. The Click Clack is a fun killer. Avoid this property.
