Great, plentiful and well trained staff. Let's talk about the late night bar situation. It could have really benefited from having a server or roamer. Past the bar. It was trash. The bartenders were great. The room was getting zero attention. People must have been sitting around all night and left their drinks and GrubHub all over. When we got there, there were seats but all the tables had trash. Especially glassware. I can't think of a hospitality operation that has too much glassware to leave all around. It was so bad, as people came down to get a drink, they were using the large 20 ft stand up table as a giant bus tub. Great place to sit, if it wasn't for all the trash and used drinkware. Then there was a large group taking up the sofa and coffee table forever. They weren't drinking more than they had picked up at a Starbucks. It's a public space, I'm not saying they didn't have a right to be there. I'm saying with a server, constantly hovering asking, "Is there something I can get you from the bar". They would have cleared out for people purchasing $15 cocktails.
