Not relaxing after a long day
After a horrendous day of travel we booked a hotel to avoid road closures through NM. We booked a king room and paid an up charge for it. We climbed into bed and an hour later the fire alarms started going off in the pool area- and off, and off, and off. The desk attendant told us it was due to some sort of ventilation issue in the pool area and we’d have to change rooms. We ended up in a queen room. In the am I asked the desk attendant for reimbursement for the up charge we had paid and was told he couldn’t do anything so I’d have to contact the manager. I’ve never had a hotel that couldn’t work that out on the spot. The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was decent. Location is a bit off the beaten path.

TERRIBLE
It was awful. I do NOT recommend. The floors were dirty and it looked like nothing had been cleaned. The shower head was so corroded it made the water pressure terrible. The blow dryer had sticky fingerprints all over it. The fact that it was $200 a night made the experience even worse.

Clean & comfortable; missing advertised amenities
Very pleased with the condition and cleanliness of the room and facilities. However, the television in the room was not working. In addition, the hot tub and guest laundry were being repaired. Very disappointing since those amenities were considered when selecting the hotel.

Stopper missing in the sink. No place to park a trailer then leaving had to drive out on the dirt and grass. There is junk iron in the grass in front of the building and we almost hit it. Grass is 3' deep. Make and mark a place for trailers. Quality Inn has a place designated for trailers.

This hotel had clean and spacious rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was well-stocked with plenty of choices (hot eggs, sausage, bacon, and gravy). The yogurt was a full-sized container of good Greek yogurt. The hot pancakes were also good.
