It was fine cleanliness wise but, dogs barking kept me up when trying to sleep in on vacation!!! Everything worked and the channels available was fantastic!!! Better than I have with DISH !!! Not bad for the price !!!

Did not have room service so no clean towels and bed not made for second day. Didn't have shampoo or conditioner. Looked as if used drug needles were scattered in the parking lot. Parking lot was not the cleanest.

The grounds needed some upgrades uneven side walks hard to find ice machine or vending . At night a lot of people that are patrons were in parking lot being loud next door neighbor was yelling and hitting walls next door most of the first night there mold smell in bathroom.
