Nice hotel, not good with detail.
We arranged a special gift to in-laws for Christmas - and double checked that everything was set to up. I even called to make sure they wouldn’t the price tag or get a receipt or pay for anything. We tipped the front desk generously on Christmas Eve, to make double sure everything would be hassle free for them, and that it would be a paperless, no price shown check out. Needless to say it wasn’t and they received a receipt. Great fancy hotel; just not good with the details. Also never responded to my messages inquiring. Parking is difficult as well… in order to check them in and get them settled we had to park in the mall lot down the street or pay $24 in their ramp. I also used my only hotel dollars on this trip… wish I would’ve booked a different hotel. Don’t book this unless you’re going to MOA.
