Great location as it is next to big shopping malls. Rooms are standard. Parking is a hassle as the hotel offers only 6-8 lots and you have to circle around to find parking next to the mall. Pretty pricey with no breakfast included.

The welcoming receptionist (chubby handsome guy) is always a pleasure to deal with, he always smiles and made a way for us to check in early. But the guards(?) treated us with cold rudeness. There is no parking so we need to temporarily park outside so we can check in before we park waaay over there in SM, and the guard was ljke “put in hazzard, that is the rule, can’t stay there long!!”..like what do we do??and we are a repeating client! Atleast help us have a good temporary parking so we can get our things inside first! Treating Pinoys differently than foreigners? We felt insulted.
