Our stay was very pleasant, the only thing was it was too far from the center point of Guanajuato. It was too hard to get a Uber to join the Celebration festivities. So if you’re planning to enjoy a celebration in downtown, I would recommend staying in downtown. We went to celebrate, Dia De Los Muertos but missed late hours entertainment because the hotel is out of the area. The hotel itself is very nice, staff is very friendly, our stay is as very nice.

The property was spotless, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the pool was lovely. The only issues we had were with the property. The first day we didn't have any running water. Our safe didn't work. The lock to the door rarely worked which meant that any time we needed to go into our room, we would have to go to the front desk and ask for another key card. This occurred at least twice a day.

Las toallas que proporcionan ya tienen un uso considerable , se pidieron toallas en la alberca ya que de casualidad pasó por ahí un empleado y proporcionaron toalla normal mientras que a otros huéspedes si les fueron las adecuadas , poco personal para atender al usuario , equipos de aires acondicionado con problemas de funcionamiento , problemas internos para mantener uso de internet
