It’s good. Very good.

Massively unsure what to expect from the hotel but can only say really positive things. Wonderfully friendly staff even though we spilled ice on the floor every time we went into reception. Family of 4, 8 and 11 year old. Great, safe location. Absolute gem of a place.

This place is located on the perfect street in Venice to restaurants, bars, beach and whole foods. The staff is so nice and really wants to help. The rooms are good. The isolation might be bit poor for someone who don’t want to hear their neighbours. The check in experience is great and super convenient. The sheets feels bit old and could be switched out to newer ones in my opinion.

Small boutique hotel in a good location despite all the local homeless. No real amenities but our room was nice and slept 5 comfortably, with 2 bedrooms and pullout sofa. Bathroom was pretty small with poor ventilation and window open to the street. No guarantee of coffee in the morning.

Very classic style LA bungalow.. great location!! Walked to Venice beach,shopped at Whole Foods across the street, and out last night stopped by food stands on corner after Dodger game and had late night tacos and walked by to Aliza.

Excellent location for Venice beach, vibant local area with various dining options. Clean property with two good rooms for sleeping and moderate sized bathroom. Car parking was outside the room which was very convenient.One issue was no space for clothes storage and zero facility for eating meals but other than that all was very good.
