We arrived at night and the staff were waiting for us at the train station to help us with the luggage. During the stay, everything was clean, calm, quite, and safe. The outdoor jaccuzi facing the matterhorn is something else, you site there and forget the timing. The staff were super friendly and one thing to notice is they work with each other as family. On top of that, Juliana was a big help to us and made our stay easier. This place is really recommended and I will come again every year for sure.

I absolutely love the secluded location and outstanding views of the Matterhorn. What really lifts this hotel above and beyond are the staff and how welcoming, warm, and hilarious they all are. They really do make this place a cherished memory indeed. Also the food is amazing! High quality and lots of choice. Love this hotel. The spa and restaurant were highlights for me. But the check in and check out process was way too disappointing. Waited till almost 4:00 PM before my room was ready. And when I was checking out, the receptionist made a huge blunder which made me miss my train out of Riffelberg. All in all, a good experience apart from the poor check in and check out services.

The location of this hotel is amazing. The view of Matterhorn, the approximity to Rifflesee, the ease of hiking anywhere around to see nature, it’s all so amazing. To make it better, the complementary breakfast and dinner tastes so great. The rooms are clean, spacious, and cozy. The spa is amazing with a view of Matterhorn from the sauna and the hot tub.
