Great experience at the West Des Moines Drury!
We had a wonderful stay, visiting our elderly aunt in West Des Moines. Hotel service was great. We were greeted by Russondra (she is an auditor) upon our post-midnight arrival. She was very professional and extremely kind. She set the tone for our enitre stay, and we still talk about her exceptional customer service! There was an issue with noisy guests at 2am, but the hotel gave us a break on the final rate as an apology. We were very grateful.
