We arrived late, with a plan to leave extra early. Nothing was too much trouble, they even arranged for us to have a breakfast to takeaway waiting at the bar as were were leaving before the breakfast room was open. Beds were surprisingly soft. Heating system was a little noisy though.

Hotel that needs a lot of improvement
Hotel needs a lot of improvement. Its shame as Its situated in a nice area close to a motorway with links to Reggio Emelia and Milan further north. The hotel is let down by very out dated decor. Having said that the rooms are clean. Maid clean the rooms, change beding and towels every day. I requested a double room but its just 2 single beds held together using thick string which could be felt under my pillow. I was staying as part of a business trip. I would not recommend for people on business trips and need access to the internet or WiFi to do there job as its non existent in the rooms and shockingly poor/ slow in the lobby. The restaurant is ok but there are a couple of excellent restaurants near by. The staff at the front desk were quite rude and not really responsive to requests/ questions. Breakfast is good. I would not stay here again.

A lovely hotel very close to motorway. Great parking . Staff very friendly and hotel is family and pet friendly we were travelling with small children and dogs so very important . The restaurant has an extensive pizza menus and the pizza was delicious.

Nice staff and clean place. The WIFI was spotty inside the room. Also there was no shower in the room, only a bathtub with no curtains. So if you are not very careful, you'll end up soaking the whole bathroom floor around the tub.
