New Year’s Eve
We stayed at this location on New Year’s Eve. The place was very busy with people excited to celebrate & the staff was incredible. Mechelle at the front desk checked us in and treated us to a special goodie bag from the back and was so nice! We did have a blood stain on the bed upon arrival and it was taken care of immediately and staff that came was so sweet. Later on, I needed a large garbage bag and there was a women working the front desk who might be nicest women I’ve ever come across. She complimented me as a mama and was a joy to talk to. Two other men, I assume to be management were present all night as the place was celebrating and that made me feel very safe - the entire staff were fantastic. For the chaos of the new year - they all were in joyful moods. Thank you for letting the guests celebrate in the way we did - it was like nothing I’d experienced. We loved our stay so much we and cannot wait to come back next year.

Old and worn out
I've stayed here many times. The condition of the rooms have always been dated but relatively clean. This time it was really showing it's age. The floors were dusty, dirty and stained. The furnishings were old and worn and the carpet mad many stains in it. I spoke to all of my colleagues who stayed there and all shared the same sentiment. We love the embassy but it's in desperate need of updates.
