Property and amenities met expectations and more. Plus staff was very friendly and accommodating, especially David. He was great. Anything I needed he was there to help.
Breakfast was great. The main servings changed everyday (which was great for variety) but at the same time everyday there were the same fresh fruit, bread, pastries, cereal/w milk, and orange juice options available.
Laundry was easy to use and up to US standards meaning both a washer and dryer available. I was at other hotels where the clothes had to be air dried so having an actual dryer is clutch especially with all the rainy and cloudy days in Medellin.
The room was a typical kitchenette style with big refrigerator and functional stove that I actually used to cook. Bed was adequate. Shower had hot water. Limited cable but I'm not really at a hotel to watch tv. Wifi in room was great.
You won't regret staying here. The view on the roof where breakfast is served is beautiful! I will definitely stay here again when I come back.
