At the first I was not happy at all with the hotel. I made a last minute request for a room with balcony, and cant be accommodate due too availability.
Room for me was extremely "minimal". They have hangers, but not where to hang. They have TV but not a channel to watch (you need to use your own streaming accounts). So why hangers? why TV?
With the day I discovered the Crown jewel, their staff. I have the names since I asked for each and every one name. Fantastic, professionals, emphatics, collaboratives. They make me to forget about hangers, TV's and to change the words of any review that I may have from my first impression.
At this pint: I will come back? For sure I will, without a doubt.
Management/Owners need to be conscious that the hotel as itself, even that furniture decoration, location can be a top rated hotel, it can be destroyed with a bad staff.
Beminimal is not that case, your staff, your employees, are the perfect match for what you as institution offer, prices apart, that mix, that conjunction, make the experience unforgettable. Please take care of that type of employees, and extend to every one of them my gratitude for having done my experience unique.
