The staff were very friendly. The room was very clean and modern. There is even a kitchen included. The location of the hotel is close to many public transportation options. Everything was ok. Nearny lical transport links, and gricery storez.But the biggest problem was there was no hot water on the last 2 nights fridaysaturday 1516 November. From late in the evening till the early morning . This happened once to my knowledge, and was a no no to happen the night after also is a massive no no . I was shocked by no info or apology by the hotel . I had to enquire, and all i was told that it was a technical issue. Nothing elsesaid or done

The room was spacious, it included a small kitchen. The kitchen on was uncomfortable as there was nothing comfortable to sit on. A couple of single hard chairs and a bench at a small round table. Bed was uncomfortable. They don’t clean rooms so to be more eco friendly which is great but they don’t have recycling options. There is a separate bar area where the staff were quite friendly. A very small drink menu. There always seemed to be two on the reception desk but they didn’t look up from their computers and when attempting to speak with them they weren’t very welcoming or interested. In all, good value for the money, clean and close to local transportation.

The hotel was great. Area is safe, a little bit far away from the center but in 20 minutes, you can reach the center by metro. My stay was good, room is also great. I will prefer this hotel if I come again. Only thing is hotel did not answer any of my questions from hotels.com And I have right to pay the fee at the hotel, but they took it one day before I arrived. Thank you for your service.
