We had a great stay all very straightforward easy check in took 2 mins. Continental breakfast was basic but set us up for the day. Shuttles on time and great location. Great stay had by all the kids had a ball and we were able to sit by the scallywags playground at nite and chill after the long days at the parks while the kids played.

Perfect base for Disney
Family of 4 (children 2 and 5), 3 nights so we could access Disneyland. Room was clean if a little tired but had everything, less a fridge, we needed. On site facilities were the same a little tired but brilliant for bridging between park visits. Shuttle bus to the park can be chaotic and at 2230 after the fireworks downright dangerous but that’s not the hotels fault.

I had seen some not good reviews about this hotel the day before we came and I was dreading it but I can not fault it at all. The staff were really friendly, locker spaces given for our bags before check in so we could go to the Disney park. The room was spacious and clean. Lots of food options. Play area indoor for children with one door in and out with seating so you can watch the children play whilst you eat, outdoor park was good, arcades and laser tag there, there was a big sweet shop inside also! The shop doesn’t have much in it at all so make sure you have what you need or it’s very expensive and limited but this was expected. Check in and check out was simple. Bus stop right outside to get the free shuttle to the park and magic shuttle available to get back to the airport. Swimming pool with slides is open until 11pm, can’t use the pool on day of check out but can use all other facilities so really useful if you are flying home that day but need something to do for a few hours upon checking out, we had our dinner there and my little one played in the play area and park for hours! We enjoyed our stay so much we have booked to return in a few months time. Thank you so much to all of the friendly staff for a really enjoyable stay!

The overall amenities were nice and the distance to Disneyland is great. However, the bunkbeds in the family rooms had bed bugs. After a nights sleep, my son woke up covered in bites. After checking the area of the bed, a few bed bugs were discovered and front desk was notified. Unfortunately, the time we called in the evening they did not have room attendants available to remove or change the beds. They offered a bag for me to pick up myself to contain the sheets and whatever else I found with bed bugs. It was an awful experience for my child to spend his birthday. He was miserable and covered in welts and bites which I had showed the front desk as well. No other accommodations were made other than a sorry for your inconvenience. We are flying out to seek medical attention.
