They were under construction with the roof being torn apart on a Saturday morning starting at 7:30 am. All parties should have been notified thy they were under construction. So loud for a Saturday morning.

We checked in and never stayed the first night.
We were assigned room 212, the entrance door has approximately 8 to 10 kick dents on the lower half of the door. Brought the keys back the next day. The front desk staff was very pleasant at check-in but when we returned the keys the very next day and requested a full refund, we were told they didn't have our information in the computer although they just checked us in the day before. I did call hotels.com on 11/1 and requested a full refund. Haven't heard anything yet from hotels.com.

This was the worst experience I have ever had staying at a motel. I came into town for my wedding and needed somewhere to stay that was affordable until we went to our resort. The first thing was the smell. The entire second floor hallway smelled horrible the trash was overflowing onto the floor. The second thing was the showers. They were so dirty and nasty and looked like they haven’t cleaned them in months this was the first day. The next morning, I was scared out of my sleep to someone drilling and banging directly in front of my door. I opened it and the man looked back at me and kept drilling it was 8am. At this point I was not aware that construction and renovations was taking place on one side of the motel. I made a complaint through the customer service department and had gotten no response so they advised me to go to the office myself to get assistance. When I went back into the room my fiancé advise me that our PERSONAL washcloths were missing. At this point I went to the office. The desk clerk ( for lack of a better term) Mary was the nastiest human being I had ever meant. She literally yelled at me and was viciously slamming down a sign that told guest that construction was happening on the property. It had no time or any further information on it other than it would be construction. I was not aware of this when I checked in. I was given a paper for smoking in the rooms to sign and that was it. Both the bath tube and bath sink were clogged. The small parts of the sink was broken. The room and the two beds are too small. The air conditioner was too old, too close to the beds and too noisy. People are smoking outside not inside but the smell is reaching out to the rooms and when you walk through the hallway you cannot ignore the smell. The room was not clean when we arrived even the toilet was not clean. We needed one week rest after our stay.
