Heat was not working properly. Had guy at front desk come into our room (which was freezing). He shut off unit and reset the breaker plugged into outlet. He had to do this a couple of times to get the heat to work. The following day I woke up to an 1" bug crawling in my bed. I told the front desk I wanted new sheets, pillow cases and blanket on the bed. Returned to the room later and saw the same linens on the bed. Also, the next 3 days, still had difficulty with the heat. On Sat., we were out of the room at 8 AM, returned at 7PM and room wasn't cleaned. Went to the front desk and they said "you have to request cleaning". Asked where is this written for me to see and the guy at the front desk searched and couldn't find anything in writing. The heater and exhaust was extremely loud, the over-flow in the bath was broken & when the shower was on, water also poured out from the faucet. I believe that I should be reimbursed for many of the days we stayed in this extremely deficient hotel!!!!!
