Everything was okay. However, I had some concerns regarding the cleanliness. The condition of the public onsen was not comfortable for me, and there were molds in the shower areas of the room bathroom, which made me feel quite uncomfortable.

It was good, but the hotel food was terrible. In the morning, some fruits were dead, while at night the meat was of the lowest quality... I love meat but I couldn't even eat it! The room itself, the bed and bath were really good, though!

草津観光のために一泊二食付きで利用させていただきました。湯畑も徒歩10分程度で、温泉街を楽しみながら周辺散策を楽しむことができました。湯畑までの道中が坂道となっているため、人によってはアクセスし難いと感じる人もいるのかなと感じました。お部屋も清潔で隅々まで綺麗に清掃されていてよかったです。食事もバイキング形式でいろんな種類の料理があって楽しめました。

夕飯がバイキングから御膳での提供に変更がありました 好き嫌いが多いためバイキングの宿を選びました しかもチェックインまで知らされる事がなかった為、買い出ししてからチェックイン出来ませんでした 結果食べられる物が多く、買い足す必要がなかったので良かったです フロントの方が色々教えてくれたので夜の西の河原露天風呂、御座の湯、満喫できしました〜 お部屋のお風呂も色々クチコミがあり心配でしたが問題なく楽しめました
