Terrible Service
There was no stay because my daughter was not allowed to sign in, despite having paid. When I called to try to help her correct the situation, the front-desk person was completely unhelpful. When I stated, "so you're okay with my daughter having no place to stay?" The answer was, "that's not our problem." This hotel is horrid and I would never book it again.

The room was fine. We did not have service to clean our room for two days. We made multiple requests but we did not receive help. We used the towels for shower, etc for 3 days w/o exchange. The hotel is not close to anything. Make sure you have a rental car. ( restaurants , etc) We will not return.

Close proximity to airport. We requested a handicap accessible room and it was located on the top floor at the very end of a hallway. Our toilet did not flush so we had to keep going back and forth to the lobby. The hotel would make no concession or compensation adjustment due to booking third party.
