Nice clean rooms with luxury feel. Bowling alley was fun but long wait times. Grand cafe was good for breakfast. Do not eat at Bowling Alley Grill. Ruben and Philly sandwiches were horrible. Otherwise will stay again.

Smelly room, bad service
We were on the 25th floor in the Vista. Walked into a room that smelt like a cigar or strong smoke. After being on hold for a long time a rep finally answered. We were told they were sold out and we could not switch rooms. We were then informed that someone would bring up an air purifier. Over 2 hours later …. Nothing. They then proceeded to call back and be put on hold for another half an hour to be told that they did an ozone on our room.? we asked where the air purifier was. They apologize and said someone was in the elevator bringing it up. Needless to say an hour later again no air purifier call down to the desk. They apologize and send us up an old fan.. wow . Not only did the room stink. It was just a bare room with hardly any amenities, not even a pen or paper to write on, the coffee. Pot was very cheap and hard to figure out instead of real creamer,You get powdered creamer.. not even a plastic laundry bag anywhere. I expected much more from a top dollar room. We are very disappointed.

It was terrible checkin process. The room I booked was 2 queen beds. The front desk said can they give 1 queen bed and also a rolling bed. I had to wait for 30 mins plus after I did prior mobile check in. I said I booked well in advance and I need 2 queen beds. Then the front desk asking me to wait for more time. Ideally the room checkin time was 3 pm and I went there 9pm.. and I had to wait till 9:45 :( This is a terrible experience.. The front desk has to go inside and outside to get confirmation of room. This is a ridiculously bad customer experience. I will not consider again this place.
