"The bedroom was clean, modern and as one would expect in a 4* hotel. Breakfast wasn't icluded and a little pricey at £22.00. The dinner menu was limited and not a good choice of pizzas, the one I ordered was fairly uninspiring. Spa and gym facilities were excellent and the gym was very well equiped for a hotel due to it being open to non residents. Mini bar was empty which required a trip down to the bar early hours of the morning for a bottle of water as the room service number was unanswered and despite the hotel offering 24 hour room service a bottle of water could not be had as the bar was closed. Despite these minor things it was a great stay and wuld highly recommend it."

"Great location, very clean hotel. Staff very helpful and friendly. Can’t find any faults with hotel. However, parking is an absolute nightmare. Never been in a smaller car park in my life. I drive a Nissan Qashqai, not the biggest car, but found it incredibly tight to get in and out."

"The room was super clean, bed & pillow nice and comfy. Can't fault much at all. Staff friendly and helpful (aside from 1 snooty evening barman, just because I enquired about any gluten free options for a mate). A stone trow away from Piccadilly train station, clean & enjoyable stay. "

"Only two minutes walk from the Arndale Centre. Clean comfortable hotel with plenty of choice for breakfast. No on site parking. Can park at the Arndale Centre for £20 for 24 hours"
