Clean, modern, comfortable bed and good tv
Even though is a small hotel, everything in the room is modern and new. Shower water pressure is good. TV is of good quality. Bed is comfortable. Only down side is no mineral water provided. It is just opposite the Piccadilly train station.

Great location and the price is right!
Strategic location. Right infront of the Piccadilly Train Station, which is also the Piccadilly Tram Station. Lots of F&B outlets in the station, so you can grab a bite at any time. Motel One is like a budget/boutique hotel without slippers and toothbrush, so you need bring those yourself. My stay came without complimentary water as well, I'm not sure whether they missed out mine, or my package did not include this (I booked through Expedia), but I did notice some guest redeemed water at the bar/lobby area. But it wasn't a big issue as the I can get water from elsewhere. There's a bar area at the lobby which provides very good ambiance and music, as well as polite service by the bar tender. Location wise, everywhere is walkable from Primark (shopping haven), museums, cathedrals, theaters, Chinatown etc. If its too cold, pop by the tram station and take a ride downtown, which is within minutes. All in all, its a good stay and I would recommend this place to anyone who visits Manchester given that the price is affordable.

ANOTHER TERRIFIC STAY!
I have stayed at Motel One, Piccadilly Manchester on a number of occasions and it really is a terrific hotel. It is usually for only one or two nights for business but it has everything you require. And it really is beautifully decorated. And I have to say the staff are so welcoming - even more so due to the current Covid climate. I always feel totally looked after as a guest.
