I was very impressed with the Lady at the front desk. The way she dealt with everyone was fantastic. Her customer service was top notch and very rare for you to find someone who will attend to you with such ease and smoothly. She was very helpful and I felt very at ease she also went the extra mile by getting me a fan just in case I needed it. Am not sure if this is the right spelling of her name Raisa a big thank you.
