The staff at reception were very friendly and really helpful. We enjoyed our stay here and celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary which the hotel marked with a couple of surprises. We found the location fabulous and loved strolling around Shoreditch with all its bars, cafes and restaurants! Would happily recommend this hotel

The hotel was lovely I didn’t get to use the pool but had a drink in the roof top bar sat in the sun which was fabulous. The staff in the bar were friendly and helpful. The room was ample size with a lively ensuite including steam shower. The only negative was I requested toilet roll, milk and teabags one evening (night before check out) We never received them which was disappointing. Otherwise I can’t fault the hotel.

The stay at Virgin Hotels - Shoreditch was perfect. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. When going to sleep, any outside noise was kept out. The shower was a dream and the towels were soft and fluffy. I absolutely LOVED the neighborhood. So many restaurants and pubs and so close to Brick Lane and Spitafields. I couldn't have asked for anything more in a stay.

We were very impressed with this stylish hotel. The room had everything we could want, so many extras that had been carefully thought about to make our stay have that luxury feel. The super king bed was so comfy, very quiet room as well on the top floor. Although we didn't try it we thought the steam room shower was a great idea. Location great - only 3 stops from Euston. Would 100% stay here again.

Both the room and staff are 5 star. Room was great size, shower room was spacious and bed v comfortable. Staff fun and friendly. Sadly I was not able to access the roof top pool or bar as it was closed for a private functions both nights I was there. I did get to use for breakfast on my last morning and it is bright and am sure great to use at night. The breakfast choice was average -v surprised not to have a juice option -just tea/coffee or water. Would highly recommend the hotel for location, room and staff- just wish all the amenities were avail to residents.

We really enjoyed our 2 night stay at the Virgin hotel in Shoreditch. Great location. Loved the little bar on the ground floor. The reception staff were so lovely and helpful especially the young guy with the Afro. (Sorry I didn’t get his name) Our only gripe was the breakfast. Although lovely food there was not enough staff. Waiting ages for drinks, plates,food to be replenished on the buffet. Both staff working flat out but they needed more staff on. Otherwise highly recommend this hotel to others.

Lovely hotel! Felt luxurious but not snooty. Very professional and friendly staff. Big comfy bed, stylish and well designed bathroom (double sink, nice products, super fluffy towels). Good amenities in the room - coffee machine kettle, iron, fridge. Lots of snacks and drinks in the minibar. Very walkable location close to lots of bars and restaurants. Didn't visit the bar, restaurant or rooftop pool.

Great location, good value, nice and quiet even with the parties on the 7th floor. Staff were super friendly, our room was spotless, every day it was cleaned and tidied plus the steam room was a nice touch to have. We only had two points to mention. The make-up mirror in the bathroom needed a service, its screws needed tightening so it didn't flop around. Sadly i didn't have my toolkit with me. And the full English breakfast was very forgettable so we gave it a miss for the rest of our stay. But apart from those really minor issues there was nothing to fault. Great staff and good facilities.
