The location of this hotel can't be beat. But there are also plenty of downsides. While the room was cheaper compared to other hotels, the front desk was not helpful with my queries and barely spoke any English. The room itself is also very small. I had a hard time figuring out where to put my luggage inside the room and kept on hitting the walls in the shower. The housekeeping also did a very bad job. They did not change my sheets in the 4 nights I was there. This hotel is very basic. No bellman, no security and poor house keeping. I would say it offers similar services to an Air BnB. Be sure to set your expectations when booking in this hotel. It does not stand up to the Sheraton brand.

This hotel was amazing and is located in such a perfect spot in Shinsaibashi. Everything you need is within a 5 minute walk from the hotel and the best part is that it is affordable!

Nice modern hotel, very close to main subway line and with a less crowded, but yet still nice area right next to it.
Breakfast is simple and same every day, but I really enjoyed their breakfast curry day after day

Everything is beyond excellent, only downside is the hotel property doesn’t provide any water bottles. I don’t see this as a problem since they are a few convenience stores downstairs.

Convenient location close to the Shinsaibashisuji shopping street. Only downside is having to cross the major road to get to that area. No need to cross though if you’re heading down to Dontonbori. Clean, rooms a little small but can’t expect much bigger for a Japanese hotel.

We loved the location of this accommodation, very easy access to public transport and the area itself is also great, very hip and lots of good restaurants and cafés. The room was a little small and had a bit too much unnecessary furniture for such a small space. But the bed was comfortable and the room was very clean!

Hotel is situated 1 mins from the metro exit. Walkable distance to shinsaibashi area for shopping and food.
They provide toiletries at lobby so you can take what you need.
Bed is from Serta and comfortable. However only one pillow is provide and you can't ask for more. Receptionist at the night shift couldn't speak English.
Overall I would still stay in this hotel if I am in Osaka.

It’s a very clean and new hotel right in the heart of Shinsaibashi and amemua so many options for food, shopping, nightlife and the best Osaka has to offer. The hotel has a clean, modern design. The bathrooms are exceptional, elevators fast to respond and the rooms have lots of lighting options so can make the room as dark or as bright as your mood and personal preferences dictate. Only downside is it can be hard to spot from the street and the breakfast cafe (cafe bohemian) takes up the front space of the street so look between two “UNIZO” signs and go down the “side street” to reach reception. Has smoking rooms and ladies only area and is secure (elevator needs a card to scan and will only let you go to the floor your room is on). Nearly perfect and great value.

I accidentally booked a smoking room and it was infiltrated with second-hand smoke (as expected). The smoke smelt so bad that I fell sick after that night. Luckily the staff helped me change my room the next day.
