The location is ideal, the potential is huge but the reality is not so good. Amenities don’t work and don’t expect the staff to give you a solution. Elevators are too slow and programmed in a way that makes everything works poorly. The cleaning is not there yet. Many things seemed to require an update. The swimming pool is far from usable, water looks filthy and it’s super tiny considering the amount of guests this hotel hosts. The breakfast is good, generous and with good enough options. This place needs an update very very soon!

Bom lugar. Infelizmente o fluxo de hóspedes faz com que os elevadores demorem demais. Hotel não oferece toalhas para piscina ou praia e nao permite o uso das toalhas de banho do hotel nesses locais. Fiquei no quarto executivo e só nao gostei pq ele não tem janela nenhuma. E não encontrei essa informação em nenhum local do site deles. Sensação claustrofóbica. O café da manha é ok, não tem suco natural. Os funcionários são muito queridos e atenciosos.

Não tive uma boa experiência neste hotel. Inclusive, este foi o pior hotel que já me hospedei… quarto sujo de areia (inclusive as camas), telefone do quarto com defeito, vazamento no ar condicionado, sem toalhas de rosto e piso no banheiro. Nosso quarto era triplo e, quando chegamos, havia apenas 1 toalha de banho. Solicitamos mais 2 e demoraram mais de 40 min pra chegar e atrasamos no nosso compromisso. No dia seguinte, mesmo solicitando a troca de toalhas, que estavam molhadas, não fomos atendidos e, só no outro dia, após duas solicitações e a abordagem de uma camareira no corredor, conseguimos novas toalhas para tomarmos banho. Não conseguimos tomar o café da manhã fornecido pelo hotel de tão lotado que estava o local e sem estrutura suficiente para atendimento de todos… A subida e descida do elevador também era caótica… muita gente pra pouco elevador… Estrutura toda ruim. Nao recomendo.
