Our stay at the Azure couldn't have been more perfect. Michael, Fawnette and team are the consummate hosts; always there to help keep your stay in SXM perfect. Our room, The Garden Suite, was wonderful! The morning view from our private patio was the perfect start to each day! With the kitchenette we were able to stay 'home' on Cruise Ship Day and avoid the crowds. When we return to SXM, we will definitely stay at the Azure again !!

Perfection on the water.

Located right on the beach, clean, easily can walk to food options. A mini mart is 100 yards down Roberts Rd. Can walk to main road with lots of food options: recommend Dannisa, Pizza and Co, McDonalds. Many other options also around at all price ranges. Hotel owners have pets - small dogs, 2 cats, and several rescue tortoises. All friendly. The area is truly beautiful. The water is clear. You can snorkel, swim, or just chill out. Several other places to stay are also nearby so kids can make friends with other kids with no effort. Our stay was wonderful.

This boutique hotel is a gem. Michael is a great host and makes you feel like returning family as opposed to just a hotel check-in. Azure is close to many very good restaurants and right on the sand in St. Martin. We plan on returning.

The place is exactly like the fotos, so look at the pictures and you know what you are in for. Friendly owner, I stayed at the hotel on a stop over between flights. The beach is nice, beautiful sea, good beach chairs.

Fantastic little place right on the beach. Great location convenient to the airport, rental car companies, the port, dive shops, and great bars/restaurants. We had booked a room in the courtyard thinking we had booked a room facing the beach and when one became available 2 days after our arrival Michael offered it to us at no extra charge for the remainder of our 7 day stay. He was so kind and generous with his attention to making our vacation unforgettable. It was also obvious to us that their long-standing guests adore him and the property. This hotel is a true gem, directly located on a beautiful stretch of Simpson Bay beach. If you are looking for the peace and tranquility away from big touristy areas this is the place to be. The views are wonderful with private beach that is great for swimming and uncrowded. Walk out of your room onto white beach sand and into turquoise water. The beach chairs and umbrellas are out all day and night so you can relax and enjoy the views. The rooms meticulously clean, and spacious with all the amenities you may need (fridge, stove top, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, utensils). The showers run super hot if you like good hot shower. Mike and Faunette are amazing hosts, very helpful and they make you feel at home. Great escape. If you are looking for a quiet place to just get away from it all, this is it. Will definitely return and highly recommend for booking.

This has been - by far - the best Caribbean travel experience I have ever had (and I have visited most Caribbean islands over the years). Yes, the island is gorgeous, warm, unique, and pristine, but the key difference for me was staying at the Azure Hotel, where i was helped and supported through issues of my own making again and again. I immediately felt a member of the family when I arrived, and was introduced to places for good food, groceries, and activities which I could book at my leisure. Mike and Fawnette, the owners, are truly exceptional human beings - just plain good people through and through. They have an amazing family and vibe that exudes calm and positivity despite what I imagine must be demanding circumstances. The staff, Didi and Greta, keep the rooms meticulously clean and comfortable. The rooms are simple yet complete in every respect. In between ATV rides, snorkeling, and ferries to neighboring islands, I slept like a baby on the comfortable mattress. If you’re considering staying here - don’t even think twice - just do. Thank me later; )
